return & exchange

You may return any items (excluding sale items) within 30 days of receipt for a refund or exchange. This will be extended to 60 days of receipt throughout December for Christmas delivery. Items must be returned to us in the original unworn condition with all swing tags etc. Once we receive the item, if we feel any of items returned are not in a re-sale-able condition you will not be granted a refund. Sale items can only be exchanged subject to availability. When your desired size is not available you will be granted store credit to buy something else from us.

For the Return postage you will be responsible. The return process is simple. Please contact info@thegymhulk.com with the order number, and email address. Our products are true to the size, please follow the size guide well before ordering.
If we have issued you a refund please allow 10 working days for the refund to appear on your bank statement.
